Why can I trial as long as I want to ?The reason for that is simple, as long as you are not putting your shop into live mode only demo data is generated - but the demo data reflects a full blown customer order so you can check how it works without getting billed. As soon as you think this is what you have been searching for and your website is ready you just activate your account through a simple button. That's easy isn't it ? What are those fees per item?Shirtnetwork is a service that scales on-demand. This means you pay for what you sell, let's say you sell 5 customized t-shirts (created in our designer) and 3 items out of your shop directly - then you will be billed 5€ for the customized items on the end of the month. The items you sell through non-Shirtnetwork tools (e.g. your shopping cart) will not be billed. That's it - promise! What are the things in the plans you offer?Our plans give you different options to start using Shirtnetwork - for users who are able to install everything by theirselves we offer the basic plan, if you want us to prepare your server and install the software including our component you can go for the Setup plan. If you want a full service package which includes setup plus a custom template made exclusive for your webshop go for the All Incl plan. Do I have to sign a long term contract?No. Shirtnetwork is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay the monthly fees for each customized item you sell. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Are there monthly fees?No. The prices you see above are an amount you pay only once. For example, the Setup plan is once $499 and includes the setup. That means you pay once $499 and we setup everything on your server - the only thing you pay then is the fee per sold item. What types of payment do you accept?Currently you can pay by credit card or through international bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal or any other E-Wallet system. If you are unsure about payment contact our support by phone or email. 
Your data is safe and secureAs we only transmit the needed data to bill you, all of your customer information are completly secure - the only things that make their way to us are the order number, the quantity of designed items and your user id. As we do not store anything personal you can be 100% sure that nobody but you keeps track of your orders.
