What is the cost of support for a year?
As we believe in a good community and a close relationship to our customers support is generally free and included in all of our fees
I have no idea how to prepare the pictures so that they look good in the SNW.
We offer several total packets with product images for the Designer. You can buy them in our web shop
Can you please tell me the difference between the white label and the SNW free version?
The white label version of SNW is free of all fees for your shop on one domain excluding the affiliate sales – everything else is the same.
Is SNW open source code?
No the connectors and all of the flash files are proprietary code, only some parts and modules that use or alter open source code are also open source. But since most parts of the connectors are not encoded in any way you can change many of the behaviors of our connector.
After the purchase of the SNW Designer connector, can I use on several of my sites?
If you use the white label version this is not possible, but for the fee based model you can install the component on as many pages as you like.
How will the upgrades go if it come out?
For all parts that are on our central servers (flash movies, scripts, database etc.) the updates are done at night without any impact on your system – if any changes are needed you will be informed soon enough to take care of it. The connector updates are available on our homepage.
If I want to do the installation myself what files do I need to download to get started.
Download the connector for your shop system and follow the steps in the attached manual.
Can I install SNW Designer White Label myself?
White label versions will be installed just like the regular connector, we will just free you from the fees.
Can Shirtnetwork support do the installation for me?
Yes, there is installation support available, contact us directly to get it.
And can you add on sample data like product images fonts and motifs?
Yes we add some samples in the Designer when we do the installation.
Is there a download demo of the SNW Designer to try? .

Do you have direct access to ordered products via access to backend?
Only you can see your order details, the only thing that gets transferred to us is the order Id and the amount of products generated by a SNW Designer.

Is there a output file to print the design or when someone uploads their own file for a custom design?
We are close at the finish of our output tool. Please check the newsflash when ready.
When you say template design, what does that include?
The installation includes: Installation with some products, sites, product colors, logos and a we make a template design at your desired wishes.
If I use SNW Designerhow long will I receive updates/upgrades for free?
All updates and upgrades of the component are included, there is no timeframe for that you will get them forever.

For the desktop application you will need adobe air 1.5 or higher. The shop backend parts are compatible with most modern browsers.
