How much does the component cost, and what exactly do I get?
The component is free you pay 1,- euro for every product you sell. All updates are free.

Yes, you can find the manual under downloads button.
Do I get all the files associated with SNW Designer?
The only files you need to use SNW are contained in the connector, install that and you should be ready to go.
Is every Joomla templates compatible with your module?
In general every Joomla 1.5.x template is compatible with the SNW component, just be sure the template has the ability to show system messages. (< jdoc:message >)
If I use the SNW Designer is it installed on my server?
The only part that gets installed on your server is the connector, all the flash movies and your products and logos are stored on our central application server.

Yes, there is a connector for Oxid E-sales that can be installed as a module completely separated from your shop.
Do you have any intention of porting SNW into ZendCart?
At the moment there are no intentions of porting our component to ZendCart, but feel free to start a request in the forums.
After I inserted the activation code, but, in front end of t shirt creator, on footer, show this message: Your activation code is wrong. This bar will be displayed until you enter a correct activation code in your backend.
If you see this message you either made a mistake when entering the code or you are calling the shop from a different domain (http://www.example.com is not the same as http://example.com)
It’s possible to merge, in the same order, products customized with the use of SNW, and products bought “as is”?
Yes that is absolutely possible, but only customized products will be charged.
Is there any use license on this program?

Can we use this program in 2 web sites similar each other, but who sell different things?
Yes you can use this component on as many sites you want.
”impact on online payment solution?”, I gather that Virtuemart will handle all things regarding to online payment (VISA/MASTERCARD), and SNW has nothing to do with that…?
Yes absolutely, SNW does NOT LIMIT your online shops payment possibilities in any way.
